KIZOMBA

Kizomba, originating from Angola, is a captivating partner dance known for its slow, rhythmic movements and close connection between dancers. The dance's soulful melodies and smooth transitions create a harmonious and expressive experience on the dance floor.


Level 1: Beginner

Level 1 is for Beginners. In this class, students will learn the fundamentals of this smooth and soulful dance. Students will focus on basic steps, timing, frame, leading and following techniques, and connection with their partner.

This class emphasizes the flow and musicality of Kizomba, helping dancers feel confident and comfortable on the dance floor.


Level 2: Intermediate Labs

Level 2 is for dancers ready to refine their fundamentals and explore more intricate movements. In this class, students will work on advanced footwork, patterns, and partner connection, with an emphasis on musicality and styling.

Each session includes a 1-hour focused lesson followed by 30 minutes of guided practice and social dancing. This unique structure allows students to immediately apply what they’ve learned, build confidence, receive feedback, and enhance their social dancing skills.
